Most excavation near utilities requires a locate request (Ontario One Call) before digging. Building permits may be required depending on the scope. We handle the coordination.
A typical residential excavation for a foundation or driveway takes 1 to 3 days. Larger commercial projects vary based on scope. We provide timelines during our estimate.
Limited excavation is possible in winter, but frozen ground is harder and more costly to dig. When possible, we recommend scheduling excavation in spring through fall for efficiency.
